Dan Urwin

I’m a personal trainer specialising in strength and conditioning and Performance Coaching. I work one to one with mainly general population clients including executive men and women, professional athletes, retired and busy mums and dads. I offer training programs and coaching to suit all levels of current health, strength and conditioning. 

Since earning my qualifications in 2006 I have gained invaluable experience and knowledge, travelling the world, learning and certifying with industry leaders like Charles Poliquin, Eoin Lacey and Tom Hibbert. A hunger to learn and a passion for my job has helped build my business and reputation in the region.

My aim is to help you achieve, feel the best you can be both physically and mentally and inspire you while working alongside you to reach your goals. I’m fully committed to helping change lives for the better. 

Improving performance In many aspects of daily life from productivity at work, discovering new levels of health and fitness setting up nutrition plans for body composition goals and increasing energy, clarity and focus are all attainable. 

A lot of the work I do is rehabilitation from injury and pre and post surgery strength building work, referred to me from physiotherapists. 

I also work with people who have fitness and body composition related goals. From playing football in the garden with your kids to taking part in park runs or managing to walk the golf course instead of taking a buggy, there is no goal that can’t be worked towards. 

A number of my clients have played sports to a high level including professional football, rugby union, golf and long distance running. 

I provide an excellent service offering support and accountability, encouragement and motivation throughout. 

I work in a well equipped facility in kenton, Newcastle which offers only one to one appointments with no membership or walk ins so privacy and space along with the right environment to get results is guaranteed.
